A.I.W coordinates the agreed corporate-service scope. Locally reserved functions are carried out by the appropriate registered agent, authority or qualified professional. Acceptance, fees and delivery steps are confirmed in writing; bank, registry and court outcomes are not guaranteed.
What An Apostille Does
Under the Apostille Convention, a competent authority in the place of origin issues the certificate for an eligible public document. It authenticates the origin of the document, not the truth of its commercial content or the company’s creditworthiness.
When Legalisation May Be Needed
The applicable route depends on the relationship between the origin and destination jurisdictions and the document type. Where the Convention does not apply, another authentication or consular legalisation route may be needed. Confirm with the recipient before ordering.
Build The Correct Document Sequence
An original registry certificate, an agent letter and a notarised copy are different starting points. The route may involve reissue, certification, notarisation, translation and authentication. We confirm the sequence and agreed handling before dispatch.
Common Issues
A wrong destination, unsupported copy, stale certificate or missing attachment can cause rejection. An apostille does not guarantee a bank or authority will accept the underlying document for its intended purpose.
