A.I.W coordinates the agreed corporate-service scope. Locally reserved functions are carried out by the appropriate registered agent, authority or qualified professional. Acceptance, fees and delivery steps are confirmed in writing; bank, registry and court outcomes are not guaranteed.
What Corporate Administration Covers
Administration connects approved decisions to the company file: registers, resolutions, certificates, correspondence and evidence of completed filings. It is not the same as bookkeeping, tax advice or acting as the locally licensed registered agent.
When To Request Support
Use this service when records are incomplete, a bank asks for an updated company pack, authorised contacts change, or several parties hold different versions of the file. Start with a record inventory before drafting new documents.
Registered-Agent Coordination
We organise requests and supporting information for the appointed local agent. Confirm the agent of record, who may give instructions and which original or certified records are required. Reserved filings and local registered-office functions remain with the appropriate provider.
Common Issues
A signed resolution may exist without the register being updated. A shareholder list used by the bank may differ from the latest corporate record. We identify these mismatches and agree the corrective steps; missing approvals cannot simply be replaced with a backdated document.
