Offshore Corporate Administration
Keep the company file consistent with the people who own, direct and operate the business. A.I.W coordinates instructions, corporate records and registered-agent requests after incorporation.
View Details →Changing your administration provider should preserve the company’s record trail. A.I.W reviews the current agent, documents and outstanding matters before agreeing a transfer plan.
Moving the client relationship to A.I.W and changing the locally registered agent are different steps. An agent change requires an eligible incoming provider, acceptance, authorisation and the applicable filings. We confirm which transfer you actually need.
Company status, current agent, unpaid invoices, register completeness and authority to instruct. A new provider will need its own KYC review; previous acceptance elsewhere does not replace that assessment.
Agree a document inventory, communications authority, release conditions and the transition date. Obtain copies of incorporation documents, registers, signed decisions and recent compliance correspondence. Avoid a period with no responsible agent or an unclear filing owner.
The company remains responsible for historic obligations. A transfer does not erase arrears, penalties, creditor rights or incomplete filings. Bank mandates and contact details may need separate updates.
Identify the intended transfer and company status.
Confirm KYC, provider acceptance and the written scope.
Coordinate documents, agent formalities and responsibilities.
Confirm the final record holder and next annual actions.
These are workflow stages, not promised turnaround times. Timing and fees are confirmed after the records and applicable route are clear.
Keep completion evidence and a clear calendar of future responsibilities. Obtain written confirmation of any outstanding work that remains with the former provider.
Ordinarily an administration or agent change preserves the same entity; a migration or continuation is a different legal process.
A review is needed. Missing files, disputed fees or adverse status may require remedial work before acceptance.
